56 - easter! bunnies oh my!

top: spiral ham sliced, rolled, peeled tangerine cutie, few strawberries sliced onto skewers.
bottom: baby carrots, italian dressing in the orange cup, celery, cherry tomato, ranch dressing in the divider cup
tight seal: romaine leaves w/ tulip cheese cutouts, cherry tomatoes and grilled cheese bunnies


I kinda burnt the sandwiches but thats because when I went to turn the pan on to heat up, I accidentally turned it to high instead of like 4 or 5 on the dial setting. Whoops. This was really yummy, even though the sandwiches were cold by the time I got to eat it ):

Threw this together because I felt like making lunch after finishing Erika's blanket. So it was well worth it (:

this seriously makes my bentos just look SAD. it was soo good though. cucumber rolls and spring rolls with salad, edamama and 2 goyza.

So I had some chicken breasts that mom had de-boned when she was making fried chicken, so I threw in some brown sugar, rice wine vinegar and some soy sauce and let that marinate for a few days and it's pretty tasty.
