We were working at the renaissance faire this weekend, and we went out for italian food tonight after we got home to take the dog home so we didn't have to take him into a restaurant. So Erika, Dad and I split an order of lasagna and a large calzone, and this was what was leftover. Sooo good (:

Today was such a beautiful day I thought i'd take pictures outside. And I felt like making a lunch for mom to christen her new lunchbox we found at Albertson's for just shy of 5 bucks. It holds 3.25 cups EACH - HUGE! O__O and she only ate the bottom layer. I made it as dinner, since she had breakfast kinda late. Its a snapware container and has a green lid. Pretty!

I kinda burnt the sandwiches but thats because when I went to turn the pan on to heat up, I accidentally turned it to high instead of like 4 or 5 on the dial setting. Whoops. This was really yummy, even though the sandwiches were cold by the time I got to eat it ):

So I had some chicken breasts that mom had de-boned when she was making fried chicken, so I threw in some brown sugar, rice wine vinegar and some soy sauce and let that marinate for a few days and it's pretty tasty.
